Senior Project Lead

About the Role We are seeking a Senior Project Lead to serve as the primary contractor representative for the Coordinated SECREP Management & Strategic Logistics Services (CSM&SLS) contract supporting the Marine Corps Logistics Command (MARCORLOGCOM) in Albany, GA. This is a key personnel position responsible for overall program performance, management of 25+ contract personnel across multiple sites, and direct communication with Government leadership. Key Responsibilities Maintain overall responsibility for program performance and contract compliance. Provide management and oversight for at least 25 contract personnel across CONUS and OCONUS locations. Ensure adequate and qualified staffing for all functions. Maintain close communication with the Government customer to ensure all program objectives are met and all deliverables are timely, of high quality, and of value to the customer. Facilitate program improvements and continuous process improvement initiatives. Deliver complex support requirements on time and within budget. Apply knowledge of laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to logistics planning and program execution/sustainment. Be available to respond to Government inquiries within one hour of contact between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays. Perform additional duties typical of or related to the Senior Project Lead role. Required Qualifications Experience: Minimum 5-6 years in the following: Managing day-to-day functional operations and activities of a contractor workforce supporting military Reparable activities. Operational planning and execution of inventory management, distribution assistance, stock positioning, and sourcing. Managing supply and maintenance transactions. Warehouse management. Providing technical advice and instruction to personnel. Minimum 3-5 years handling fiscal requirements and functions. Capabilities: Apply relative knowledge to analyze problems, identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize/apply solutions. Plan and organize work to successfully perform complex tasks. Effectively and efficiently communicate, both written and orally, to personnel at various status and rank. Qualifications: Minimum of a four (4) year course of study in a relevant field leading to a bachelor's degree, or a combination of successfully completed post-high school education and/or training experiences that meet the total qualification requirements for this position level. Ability to obtain SECRET Level Security Clearance by Day 1 Ready. Must pass a criminal background check and Personnel Risk Assessment (PRA). Preferred: Prior experience supporting U.S. Marine Corps logistics or SECREP management. Lean Six Sigma certification. Experience with GCSS-MC, APSR, or other Marine Corps systems of record. Work Environment Location: Albany, GA (MARCORLOGCOM). Travel: Local travel authorized; travel outside the local region (CONUS and OCONUS) may be required and will be reimbursed in accordance with FAR 31.2 and Public Law 99-234. Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM local time, Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays. On-Site: Required at Government installation (Albany, GA). The Senior Project Lead is the only position not required to work on-site at the Government installation, but must be available for in-person meetings as needed.
