Role Description
You will be educating clients to understand their personal & business insurance. Assist clients in handling their claims. Taking payments & updating files. Having FUN while you work. Ending your day with a sense of accomplishment.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
Qualifications
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
Compensation: $36,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
