Service Desk Analyst

Experience supporting end users in a business environment across both software and hardware issues Hands-on experience with identity and access support, including account provisioning, troubleshooting, MFA, SSO, or access-related workflows Familiarity with Okta or a comparable identity platform used for authentication and access management Experience supporting macOS and Windows 11 environments Familiarity with endpoint-management platforms such as Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, or similar tools Experience with Google Workspace administration or end-user support Strong troubleshooting instincts and the ability to independently work through unfamiliar issues Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-moving environment Clear written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail Willingness to learn new technologies and take on a broad mix of support and operational responsibilities Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting an Okta environment with MFA, Okta Verify, device posture, or conditional access controls Familiarity with laptop deployment, hardware lifecycle management, and endpoint inventory processes Experience with Apple Business Manager, device enrollment workflows, or mobile-device management concepts Familiarity with Freshservice or another ticketing platform Exposure to security-minded support practices, including least privilege, access reviews, and secure endpoint configuration Basic scripting or automation experience using Bash, PowerShell, or similar tools Experience supporting collaboration and conferencing technologies in an office Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Jamf, Microsoft, Google Workspace, or Okta certifications #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
