Inside Sales Representative

This opportunity will be based in Tulsa, OK. As an Inside Sales professional, your role will be primarily focused on selling print and online solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). This is mostly an outbound role, and the strongest candidates will have a ‘hunter’ mentality although it will include inbound leads as well. This opportunity comes with a competitive base + bonus + commission. Commission is uncapped. The successful candidate should be able to utilize consultative selling skills, develop strong business relationships, enjoy working with a variety of people and be comfortable in a deadline-driven work environment while providing your clients with solutions that will positively impact their business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Secure new and past clients through outbound efforts, pipeline management and cadence adherence. Serve inbound leads and deliver solutions that will meet their needs. Strong and consistent follow-up to meet business needs and customer satisfaction. Meet expectations of CRM utilization Contribute to a positive working environment. Demonstrate an ability to think creatively and communicate effectively internally and externally. Work with clients delivering accurate and timely solutions. Regularly manage client relationships. Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

Advertising or equivalent combination of work-related experience preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Well organized, detail oriented and excellent follow-through. Have a dedicated and driven work ethic. Knowledge of basic computer programs – Outlook, Excel, Word. Position pays $35-$45K, depending on experience, plus bonus and commissions. Why Join Us?
