Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a per diem basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to helping individuals achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
Provide therapy sessions to patients, both individually and in groups
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress
Participate in staff education and professional development activities
