Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary-aged learners by providing comprehensive assessment services across multiple campuses. In this onsite role, you’ll be responsible for conducting evaluations and collaborating with school teams to ensure each student’s unique needs are identified and addressed, all within a supportive district environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Active School Psychologist license in Texas required
• Previous experience with K-5 or elementary populations preferred
• Strong skills in administering, scoring, and interpreting psychoeducational assessments
• Familiarity with working across multiple school sites or campuses is an advantage
• Ability to coordinate and communicate findings effectively with school staff and families
• Must provide professional references before placement

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage psychoeducational assessments, re-evaluations, and eligibility meetings for three elementary campuses
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and administrators to support student programming
• Prepare and deliver clear, timely evaluation reports
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to determine student eligibility and help shape individualized education plans
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance deadlines
• Leverage provided counseling staff as assessments are the main focus; direct counseling is not required for this assignment
• Pick one virtual workday (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) per week, offering flexibility while maintaining consistency

This is a single, full-time contract position for the 2026-2027 school year, with a 37.5 hour work week. Candidates will benefit from a balance of in-person professional engagement and one remote day each week, allowing for both collaboration and autonomy.
