Location: Franklin, TN

Start Date: As soon as possible

End Date/Duration: 11/21/2026

Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, no on-call

Shift: Day shifts, hours TBD, Saturdays may be added

Hours/week: 40

Employment Type: Contract

Licenses/Certifications: Current RN license in Tennessee or Compact State, BLS, ACLS

Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent acute dialysis, ICU dialysis experience required

Hourly Pay Rate: $51/hour

What You'll Do

• Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients
• Provide dialysis care in ICU and medical-surgical units
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after treatments
• Monitor treatment response, vascular access, and patient stability
• Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, intensivists, and interdisciplinary teams
• Document all patient care accurately in electronic medical records
• Maintain compliance with infection control and hospital policies
• Foster a positive, patient-centered care environment

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RN license in Tennessee or a Compact State
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute dialysis experience
• ICU dialysis experience
• Competency with all dialysis vascular access types (AV fistulas, tunneled, and non-tunneled CVCs)
• Proficiency with Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Ability to work independently and adapt in an acute care setting
• Strong assessment and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience managing critically ill dialysis patients
• Additional certifications or specialized training in nephrology/dialysis
