About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Global Marketing in Digital Media. The successful candidate will be responsible for international digital marketing, including lead generation, team structure development, and coordination across various groups to secure necessary resources. This role involves close collaboration with the global marketing leadership team and other marketing teams to ensure the implementation of the strategic vision and the accomplishment of digital marketing components of annual plans. The AVP will also be tasked with managerial responsibilities, such as writing performance reviews, and hiring/firing, and will be expected to have a proven track record in team development. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least 10 years' in digital marketing and a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. The role requires a candidate with highly developed qualitative and quantitative skills, the ability to analyze situations and develop strategic solutions, and a strong background in partnering with strategy and planning teams. The AVP will be responsible for the creation, implementation, and maintenance of all policies and procedures within the assigned teams, as well as overseeing the development of knowledge and training materials. The position demands a professional who can provide regular executive communications, ensure the team follows appropriate practices and procedures, and is adept at fostering a culture of strong teamwork.
