Full-time, 40 hours per week position available, with flexible work hours. What you’ll do Analyze data from multiple channels, cleansing it and applying data integrity standards Research and verify records, correcting information and resolving discrepancies as they come up Deliver excellent customer service to constituents, volunteers, and stakeholders, seeing each question through to full resolution Draw on your problem-solving skills across a variety of data quality and governance work What we’re looking for One year typing or data entry experience, plus additional office experience (equivalent relevant experience may be substituted) You’ll thrive here if you’re detail-oriented, naturally curious, and enjoy digging into a question until it’s fully resolved. Compensation and Benefits package include: Competitive wages, annual discretionary bonus. Pay range depending on experience is$20.04 to $28.05 hr.This is a non-exempt position. Medical, dental & vision benefits provided (100% employer paid premium for the employee, 75% employer paid premium for the dependents). Defined retirement contribution: SPIE provides an automatic 5% contribution PLUS SPIE offers UP to 5% matching contributions and 25% vesting each year, 100% vested after 4 years. Paid Time Off plan begins at 31 days per year. Health savings accounts are partially funded by SPIE. Flexible spending accounts for dependent care and dental/vision expenses available.
