District Manager

What you'll do Wendy’s (a brand of HAZA Group) is seeking a District Manager with 3+ years of relevant district manager/multi‑unit management experience in food service, to oversee restaurant operations of 5-7 high volume Wendy's restaurants. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task, will work with a sense of urgency and will possess strong leadership, analytical and decision‑making skills. Under the direction of the Director of Area Operations (DAO), the DM is responsible for: Overall operational practices of 5-7 Wendy’s locations, such as staffing, full P&L, training and development Create and manage budgets Ensure all food safety procedures are executed according to company procedures and health regulations and takes corrective actions as appropriate Interview, hire, cross‑train and discipline GMs and staff as needed Visit assigned stores as needed to ensure stores' overall quality, cleanliness and operations are continuously met What you can expect Benefits: Competitive base salary* Medical, dental, vision, RX 401k Period paid bonuses Paid Time Off Short and Long Term Disability Company provided vehicle So much more! *Salary based on relevant experience HAZA Group of restaurants is one of the largest privately owned restaurant franchisee companies in the United States. EOE What we expect from you Requirements: Min 3 years District Manager/MUM Manager experience (in high volume Fast Food &/or Quick Casual concepts) Previous Wendy's District Manager experience strongly preferred. Proven track record in financials, staffing, customer evaluation index results, food safety and voice of the customer program Valid DL in good standing & access to private trans required Flexibility to work any days/shifts as needed Undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage teams in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Excellent skills in communication & interpersonal, conflict resolution and decision making Results oriented and customer service focused Previous Wendy’s experience a plus!
