Business Management Trainee - Entry Level

Our Business Management Trainee Program is an exciting entry-level opportunity designed for recent graduates, career changers, or ambitious professionals looking to grow into leadership roles while gaining hands-on experience in business management, marketing, and nonprofit outreach.

We partner with nonprofit organizations, advocacy groups, and ethical brands to build awareness, increase donor engagement, and support impactful community initiatives. What You’ll Do:

• Participate in paid leadership training and mentorship programs

• Coordinate and manage fundraising, marketing, and outreach events

• Supervise on-site event activities and maintain relationships with community partners

• Support recruitment, training, and mentoring of new team members

• Track and analyze campaign performance to improve outreach results

• Represent nonprofit and client partners with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
