Location: The Villages, Florida | Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 | Compensation: $275,000

Compensation & Benefits

What You'll Do

Day in and day out you will do what you do best - deliver safe, precise, and compassionate anesthesia care for ophthalmology patients in a spotless and well-organized ambulatory surgery center. You will be part of a team that genuinely supports one another, takes pride in clinical excellence, and values every provider's contribution. No complex multi-specialty chaos - just focused, high quality eye cases in an environment designed for efficiency and patient comfort.

Qualifications

• Current CRNA certification - required
• Active Florida CRNA license or ability to obtain prior to start - required
• Experienced CRNAs only
• Ophthalmology or outpatient ASC experience - preferred
• Sharp clinical instincts and an unwavering commitment to patient safety
• A team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude
