Receptionist - Trinity Place

Lutheran Services Carolinas (LSC) is seeking a full-time Receptionist for Trinity Place, our senior living community in Albemarle, NC. In this role, you will serve as the welcoming face of the community while supporting residents, visitors, families, and teammates with professionalism and care.

Position Overview

• Location: Trinity Place in Albemarle, NC
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Compensation: $12.50 to $16.50 per hour (but can be discussed based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general office support and complete a variety of clerical tasks.
• Answer incoming calls courteously and direct callers to the appropriate staff members.
• Greet visitors, assist with their needs, and provide clear directions within the facility.
• Process mail and packages and ensure timely distribution to residents and staff.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate service requests for office equipment.
• Complete additional clerical duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Report to work reliably, including during inclement weather when required.

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to protecting resident privacy and following HIPAA guidelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with general office and clerical procedures preferred but not required.

Schedule and Physical Requirements

• Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Must be punctual and willing to report to work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods and perform light lifting of at least 10 pounds.
