Resource Pool Level 3 Rn Opportunities

Resource pool (RP) level 3 rns are part of a team of caregivers who provide staffing support to a variety of units. rn level 3 rns are able to take assignments in general care units as well as at least two critical care units. assigned units will be within the level 3 rn's skill level and could include:

• general/specialty units:
• medical/surgical unit
• hematology/oncology unit
• progressive care unit
• technology dependent intensive care unit
• inpatient rehabilitation unit
• neuroscience unit
• emergency department (minor care)
• post-anesthesia care unit
• level ii critical care units:
• pediatric intensive care unit
• neonatal intensive care unit
• emergency department (main treatment area)

all rp level 3 staff rns are supported by the general care unit and critical care unit's leadership and report to the operations center manager.
