Procurement Analytics Manager

Team Description This client onsite team is the go-to source for pre-sales content strategy, content development, editing and production for users across the client’s organization. The team partners closely with the Marketing Communications Group to service and support their internal clients in producing outbound marketing content. Their charter is to help raise the quality and consistency of pre-sales content so it can be more accessible and relevant for their customers, field, and channel partners. This team consists of individuals with enthusiasm, energy and out-of-the-box thinking who work in a highly collaborative environment with multi-talented, creative, energetic and organized people. Job Description If you are a high energy and a proactive “do-er” who relates well with creative thinkers and problem solvers, you might be the person we are looking for. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall development of pre-sales content working in partnership with the Marketing Communications Group and various internal and external creative constituents. You would be ultimately responsible for cost management and quality control of creative projects in a manner consistent with the client’s corporate messaging and design standards, scheduling and meeting deadlines. Other areas of involvement would include project planning and client management, workflow management, logistical coordination, establishing project goals and interacting with the production team on a daily basis. Responsibilities Work with internal clients in executing collateral plan. Project management, including driving content, review cycles and editing, securing design graphics resources and ensuring successful production through QA, for a range of sales and marketing outbound collateral including datasheets, case studies, white papers, brochures, guides, etc. Ensure adherence to branding and client content templates and other content best practices Integrate marketing communications efforts across multiple programs and campaigns in terms of brand guidelines, content guidelines, and establishing messaging hierarchy Drive all project tasks and objectives across various internal disciplines and external resources ensuring projects are completed on time and on target messaging Create and maintain project schedules and work closely with the production staff and design vendors to adhere to schedules. Communicate any/all changes and document change orders to all parties. Schedule and attend meetings with clients throughout the entire planning and design/production process. Provide leadership Actively contribute to the refinement of content development procedures/processes and recommendations for improvements where necessary for efficiency Effectively lead and oversee creative and ideation processes for new content initiatives (non-template collateral) in conjunction with corporate ID or approved client design vendor. Measurements of success will be based on development, creation and execution of unique and original content or concepts and business strategies that meet or exceed client’s expectations. Lead an extended team consisting of production team, writers and vendors. Success metrics include smooth operation of scoping and execution of deliverables for collateral programs. Provide alternatives for keeping production costs within the overall budget. Maintain strong engagement, processes and best practices with clients to develop on-target product and content messaging. Ensure all standards of productivity, timeliness, quality, and client service are constantly achieved or exceeded Provide project status and budget reports Continuous enhancement of quality control procedures Provide strategic content consulting to refine marketing messages and product positioning in a manner consistent with client brand standards and messaging Required Skills Current or prior client marketing communications experience Strong client relations experience Creative Services experience Broad understanding of client’s technology and solutions Familiarity with budget planning and management Strong organizational skills, attention to details, quality conscious and a commitment to the highest level of delivery. Good communicator, professional team player and client-centric attitude. Excellent people management skills including delegation, giving feedback, promoting team work, and performance management.
