Locum Tenens Nurse Practitioner - Midwife – $110 per hour – Pine Ridge, SD. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Midwife Discipline: Nurse Practitioner Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Locum Tenens Certifcations required: BLS, ACLS, NRP, Board Certification, DEA registration, CME records, pre–professional and professional diplomas, case logs for competency assessment. Immunizations: flu vaccine, Tdap, HepB, MMR, varicella, current PPD. Call shifts rotate among midwives and contractors. Anticipate 15–20 deliveries per month and 15–20 patients per day. Pine Ridge has 45 beds. All inclusive rate. ShareSTAFF provides housing coverage for shared accommodations; to qualify you must stay in the designated shared housing. Other housing options are not covered. We cover up to $75 per day for rental vehicle reimbursement. ShareSTAFF Job ID #16297129-A.
