HVAC Technician – Lead Residential & Commercial Systems with Set Point Heating/Cooling and Plumbing

Job Overview:

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Perform end-to-end HVAC system installations, diagnostics, and repairs for commercial and residential accounts.
• Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex mechanical, airflow, and control issues on-site.
• Guide and mentor junior technicians on field safety standards and technical execution.
• Deliver clear, professional communications to customers to explain technical requirements and system options.
• Ensure all installed heating and cooling systems comply fully with local mechanical codes and manufacturer specifications.
• Collaborate with field leadership to streamline daily job schedules and maintain high project quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Proven track record of diagnosing and servicing complex heating and cooling systems across field settings.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and mentor team members.
• Advanced diagnostic and critical-thinking skills tailored to dynamic mechanical environments.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• 5 or more years of experience servicing both residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Trade program completion or technical certification in HVAC.
• Industry certifications, including HVAC and EPA certifications.
