Job Overview As an AI Training Specialist with a focus on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), you will play a crucial role in enhancing our AI models through meticulous data annotation and labeling. Your expertise will help us train and validate AI systems to ensure they produce accurate, reliable content across various domains. Key Responsibilities Train and improve AI models through comprehensive data annotation and labeling. Review and validate AI-generated content for accuracy and consistency. Provide domain expertise to enhance AI model performance in STEM-related projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various AI training projects across different fields. Ensure high-quality data for machine learning applications through rigorous quality assurance processes. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance. Experience in data annotation, labeling, or AI training processes. Proficient in using data annotation tools and software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in a STEM field. Familiarity with machine learning concepts and AI model development.
