Exciting Night Shift Opportunity for Skilled Nurses!

Job Description:

- Join a dynamic healthcare team for a Night 3x12-Hour shift (19:00 - 07:00)!
- Must possess an Ohio or compact nursing license.
- Bring your minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.
- Flexibility to float between multiple campuses: Avita Ontario and Bucyrus hospitals.
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccines are required (medical/religious exemptions only).

Job Requirements:

- Charting System Experience: Must be familiar with Epic.
- Community Hospital Experience:
- Travel Experience Required:
- Local candidates are welcome at the same bill rate.

Key Details:

- Smoke-Free Facility and Campus.
- On Call: Must arrive within 1 hour if called in.
- 2 years of recent/continuous experience is mandatory.
- We prioritize a thorough work history review - candidates with red flags in employment history (e.g., terminations, cancellations) will not be considered.
- Candidate profiles must include two recent supervisory references.

Modules:

- Up to 8 hours of non-billable modules required (factored into NBO).
- Completion of modules is mandatory prior to start and will vary by profession.
- Modules are recorded through HealthStream.

Guaranteed Hours: Contract Weeks: 91
