Conveniently located at Assembly Row, just steps from the MBTA Orange Line, the Mystic River, shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations, our store offers a dynamic retail environment where no two days are the same.What You'll Do:Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized product recommendationsBuild genuine customer relationships that encourage repeat businessDrive sales by sharing product knowledge and demonstrating key features and benefitsRepresent ZWILLING and our family of premium culinary brands with professionalism and enthusiasmMaintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation standardsSupport in-store events, product demonstrations, and promotional activitiesUtilize our CRM tools to engage customers and support clienteling effortsReceive, stock, and organize merchandise accurately and efficientlyContribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-energy team cultureWhat You Bring:A genuine passion for cooking, food, or culinary productsStrong customer service and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesPrevious retail or sales experience is preferredFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday schedules as neededA positive attitude with the ability to adapt in a dynamic retail environmentAbility to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shiftsAbility to lift 35 lbs. and safely use a ladder when neededMust be legally authorized to work in the United States.
