Our Merchandising team plays a vital role in this mission by ensuring products are displayed, organized, and reset according to customer and manufacturer standards. What You'll Do As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:

• Store Resets & Planograms: Completing convenience store resets and implementing manufacturer planograms across product categories such as tobacco, candy, snacks, beverages, coolers, automotive, and health & beauty aids.
• Execution & Compliance: Ensuring shelves are properly tagged, stocked, rotated, and signed according to company and customer requirements.
• Travel & Scheduling: Traveling daily within the coverage area, with approximately 60 overnight stays (company-paid) annually to complete chain and independent store resets.
• Customer Interaction: Maintaining professional communication with store managers and staff to deliver reliable, courteous service.
• Team Collaboration: Working alongside Merchandising Team Members and Merchandising Manager ensure high-quality outcomes with enthusiasm and Optimistic Energy.
• Safety & Technology: Safely lifting, moving, and positioning merchandise and fixtures (up to 70 lbs) and utilizing tablets and mobile devices for reporting and job documentation.
• Other Duties: Driving a small commercial truck a few times per year (DOT Medical Card required; company-paid), and completing additional tasks as assigned.

Status: Full-Time Non-Exempt Shift: Monday–Friday Hours: Typically 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexibility required as business needs dictate) Travel: Approximately 60 overnight stays per year required for store resets (company-paid).

What We're Looking For We value team members who:

• Have previous merchandising or retail experience (preferred)
• Possess a valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Are willing to drive a small commercial truck a few times per year (DOT Medical Card required)
• Are physically able to lift 50–70 lbs and perform extended periods of standing, bending, or travel
• Are reliable, punctual, and flexible with changing schedules
• Communicate effectively and work well with diverse groups of people
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Can work independently or collaboratively in a team setting
• Are comfortable using technology such as smartphones, tablets, and computers

Work Environment Work takes place primarily at customer store locations, requiring daily travel and approximately 60 overnight stays per year. Tasks involve significant physical activity, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Occasional presence at our corporate office in Somerset, Kentucky, will also be required.
