As an Experienced Auto Claims Specialist, you'll leverage your expertise to manage cases and contribute to your team's success. You'll be at the heart of our commitment to outstanding customer service. You'll manage multiple steps impacting the claims life cycle, providing guidance, support, and solutions to policyholders during times of uncertainty. What Makes This Opportunity Exciting?

• Compensation & Incentives:
  $28.29 per hour/$57,004 annually and $34.74 per hour/$70,001 annually
• Differentials: +10% for evening shifts; +20% for weekends.
• Bonuses: $1,500 sign-on for licensed candidates.

How You'll Make a Difference

• Claims Processing: Efficiently and accurately handle insurance claims, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Customer Interaction: Manage incoming calls, collect accident facts, investigate claim details, collect statements from involved parties, and assist in the process of getting our customers back on the road.
• Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations to determine the extent of coverage and assess any potential fraud.
• Meaningful Impact: Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.

What We're Looking For

• Experience & Qualifications:
• 3+ years of relevant customer service and/or transaction processing experience.
• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
• Core Skills:
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills.
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
• Availability:
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
