Clinicians are free to function within their own areas of competence, specialty, or expertise. Our clinics are embedded on Main Street in communities with traditionally stark access disparities. Our client census is 43% Medicaid, and we have a sliding fee schedule that goes to zero. Our no‑show rate is under 10%. We maintain a rich consultation and continued professional development schedule, as they are key to our committee‑run, evidence‑based Wellness Roadmap. 95% of our clinicians say they would recommend our practice to their colleagues; the chief benefit cited is the quality of the people. Key job duties include but are not limited to: Conducting diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, and discharge planning for patients of the clinic Attending and participating in regular case consultation, Grand Rounds, team meetings, and other meetings as required Requirements The most successful candidates will evidence a track record of service as an interventionist with a high degree of professional activity within the field. The hiring range for psychologists doing primarily psychotherapy is $116,000 - $140,000; for those doing primarily assessment, $120,000 - $160,000. This is a full‑time, salaried, exempt, benefits‑eligible, W2 role. Location Primary in‑person worksite will be one of our suburban locations (Minnetonka, Victoria, Chaska, Prior Lake, Burnsville, Rosemount, Lilydale). Hybrid flexibility depends on program needs.
