Your job would involve working closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project meets their needs and specifications.Qualifications:Four-year degree in Engineering, or applicable experienceMinimum 5 years' experienceProven ability to manage small teamsStrong negotiation skillsExcellent verbal, written and presentation skillsStrong financial acumenExcellent project management skillsExperience managing subcontractorsStrong computer skills, including CADD, ERP and Microsoft Office Products, such as ExcelOverall, as a Mechanical Project Manager, you would be responsible for ensuring that Plumbing & HVAC projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved.
