Business Operations & Member Success Manager

The Annex Workspace & The Gellman Team | Full-Time, 40 hrs/week | St. Louis, MO

$50,000-55,000 +/- DOE

You'll support two growing St. Louis companies:

• The Annex Workspace — a fast-growing co-working company, with four locations.

• The Gellman Team — a top residential real estate team serving thousands of families.

You won't set the vision. You'll make it happen.

What You'll Own

Operations (~60%) — Annex: Vendors, office readiness, supplies, mail, conference rooms, member requests, purchasing, event setup, and weekly/monthly checklists. Gellman Team: Inventory and supply management, mail and package handling, printer and connectivity support, vehicle fleet management, team member support.

Member Success & Leasing (~25%) - Annex: Tours, onboarding, follow-ups, retention. You're one of the primary faces of The Annex.

Marketing Execution (~15%) — Annex: Social Media scheduling, quick photos/videos, Canva templates, Google Business, newsletters. Consistency beats creativity. Gellman Team: Daily marketing material printing and auditing. Assistance as needed with various marketing initiatives and special projects.

Helpful Background Experience and Skills

Operations, Office Management, Executive Admin, Hospitality, Property Management, Customer Service, Leasing, Real Estate, or Business Administration. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, CRMs, and social platforms are a plus.

Job Requirements

• Reliable vehicle of your own

• Cell phone with reliable coverage and reception

• This is an IN-OFFICE position, and the applicant must be located in the greater St. Louis metro

• Hours will be 8/9 am - 4/5 pm Monday-Friday
