Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Fast growing general contractor in Houston area GC with quality portfolio of high-profile clients GC with a strong presence in the K12 and or Higher Education Sector The GC is equipped to handle real estate investment, development and construction of manufacturing facilities, industrial spaces, shopping centers, office spaces and much more. The GCs principals, in-house architect, project managers, superintendents and consultants help inform every aspect of a project's lifecycle, which ultimately helps provide their clients with quality and aesthetically pleasing construction that's completed on time and competitively priced Description Project Planning : Developing comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables. Budget Management : Estimating project costs, creating budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring projects are completed within budgetary constraints. Resource Allocation : Allocating resources efficiently, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to meet project requirements and timelines. Scheduling : Creating and maintaining project schedules, coordinating activities, and ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones. Contract Management : Negotiating contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, and overseeing contract execution to ensure compliance with project requirements.
