About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Growth Officer to spearhead and execute its enterprise-wide growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving initiatives across various business lines, with a focus on client acquisition, partnerships, and expansion. This role demands a strategic and entrepreneurial leader who can lead both organic and inorganic growth efforts, including business development, distribution strategy, and process optimization. The Chief Growth Officer will also be tasked with building and maintaining referral networks, leading corporate development activities, and implementing scalable operating processes to support sustainable growth. Applicants for the Chief Growth Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in growth strategy and business development within financial services, with a strong understanding of wealth management, asset management, alternative investments, or related sectors. The role requires a proven track record in driving client acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic expansion initiatives. Experience in leading acquisitions, partnerships, or other inorganic growth strategies is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Lean Management principles, possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and have a strategic, execution-oriented mindset. The position is based in Chicago, Boston, or Salt Lake City, and the candidate must be willing to work on-site and travel as needed.
