What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Design and develop high-performance, scalable, multi-threaded software systems.
• Build new products and features from early concept through production deployment.
• Solve complex engineering problems involving distributed systems, data processing, scalability, performance optimization, LLMs, and AI.
• Write clean, maintainable, and production-quality code.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, customer success, and leadership teams to shape product direction and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Work directly with customers to understand real-world use cases and influence future product capabilities.
• Contribute to architecture discussions, technical strategy, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor teammates, share ideas, and help foster a strong engineering culture built on innovation and continuous learning.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional software development experience with Java.
• Strong foundations in algorithms, data structures, object-oriented design, and concurrent programming.
• Experience building multi-threaded or asynchronous applications.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for modern technologies including AWS, Azure, Kafka, Hadoop, Apache Spark, Apache Ignite, and AI-driven systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a builder mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and highly technical environment.

The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 – $135,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
