Ultrasound Technologist

Join a healthcare system as an Ultrasound Technologist or Imaging Team Lead in various locations. Key Responsibilities Include Performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations to assist in evaluation and treatment. Assisting physicians with procedures such as biopsies, amniocentesis, and renal biopsies, including patient positioning, marking, and maintaining sterile technique. Generating and evaluating quality images via computer processing or film. Communicating clinical information clearly and accurately, maintaining detailed records. Handling supplies and selecting appropriate equipment and technical settings for each patient. Qualifications Include High School Diploma or GED. At least 2 years of diagnostic or ultrasound experience, or completion of an accredited Ultrasound program (certification eligible) with ARDMS certification within 1 year. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. ARDMS certification preferred within 1 year. This role offers a sign-on bonus for full-time positions and involves operating ultrasound equipment, assisting with procedures, and maintaining patient records to support diagnosis and treatment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Health Marketing
