Key Duties & Responsibilities

· Complete Plumbing Installations — Perform full installations of water heaters, toilets, valves, stack piping, and related systems.

· Job Leadership — Lead installation projects, ensure proper workflow, and maintain high-quality workmanship.

· Code Compliance — Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company requirements.

· Customer Interaction — Communicate clearly with homeowners, explain work performed, and provide professional experience.

· Team Collaboration — Work with apprentices or helpers when assigned, offering guidance and support.

· Equipment & Material Management — Ensure proper use of tools, maintain inventory on the truck, and prepare materials for each job

Required Qualifications

· Journeyman Plumber License or Experienced Apprentice License Required

· Proven experience installing: Water heaters (tank & tankless preferred), Toilets, Valves, Stack piping and vent systems

· Strong understanding of plumbing codes and installation best practices

· Ability to work independently and lead job sites

· Excellent problem-solving and customer-service skills

· Reliable, professional, and safety-focused

Required Qualifications

· Experience mentoring apprentices

· Comfort with diagnosing installation-related issues

· Ability to read blueprints or installation diagrams

· Strong time-management and job-planning skills
