Description
American Traveler is hiring a School-Based Occupational Therapist for pediatric clients across Trinity and Shasta counties, with new grads welcome to apply.
Details
- School-based assignment serving multiple school sites in Trinity and Shasta counties, based out of a Redding office
- Pediatric and school-aged client population
- Day shift schedule, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (8-hour shifts)
- Expected 40 hours per week
- Position available for the full school year
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- California Occupational Therapy license required (pending license accepted)
- Valid Driver's License required
- BLS certification required
- NBCOT certification preferred
- New graduates accepted, no prior experience required
- Experience with autism, cerebral palsy, early intervention, handwriting, and sensory integration preferred
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include schedule planning, evaluation, and treatment program design and implementation
- Work with pediatric clients in school-based and outpatient settings
- Mileage and travel time reimbursed
- Local candidates accepted at the same rate
