Customer Experience Specialist

Full-time New York, NY $60k – $75k 0.05% – 0.15% equity
Guppy runs 24/7 and so do the questions. You'll own the support inbox and be live in our Discord when it matters most - during drops, when a checkout doesn't land, when a collector needs a fast, straight answer. You'll be the first dedicated support hire, working directly with the founding team, and what you hear from collectors will shape what we build next.
What you'll own
- Own the support inbox end to end - fast, clear, human replies
- Be live in Discord during drops and the chaos that follows them
- Turn repeat questions into help docs, saved replies, and product fixes
- Reproduce issues, gather the details, and escape bugs to engineering with everything they need
- Spot patterns in what collectors are struggling with and bring them to the team
You probably
- Have done real support somewhere fast-moving - email, Discord, or both
- Write clearly and kindly, even to someone who just missed a drop
- Stay calm when fifty people are asking the same thing at once
- Are a collector, or close enough to one to think like one
