This role must work across Lockheed Martin Business Areas (BAs) to understand business, regulatory and contract requirements and most effectively deliver products and services in compliance with the customer. The successful candidate will collaborate with a scrum team to align and harmonize common requirements and processes across BAs, help generate functional specifications, and collaborate with IT developers to support the development, testing, and deployment of 1LMX capabilities.The ideal candidate is a proactive problem‑solver with 5+ years of project engineering experience in aerospace or a similarly regulated industry. They possess a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and have a proven track record of guiding cross‑functional teams through complex compliance challenges. Strong communication skills enable them to translate technical requirements into clear functional specifications and to foster collaboration between engineering, business, and IT stakeholders. Experience with Agile/Scrum practices, requirements‑management tools, and software development lifecycle processes is essential. The candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, and is committed to delivering high‑quality, compliant solutions on schedule.
