Project Manager - ISO Quality Systems

Missouri Enterprise is expanding its team of Project Managers. We are seeking an ISO Quality Professional who can work directly with manufacturers to strengthen their Quality Management Systems and create lasting, sustainable change. This is a hands‑on implementation role, partnering with clients to move beyond documentation and build quality systems that are actively used on the plant floor. Key Responsibilities Lead implementation and improvement of ISO 9001 and related Quality Management Systems (QMS) Conduct gap assessments, internal audits, and support certification readiness Develop and improve quality documentation, processes, and standardization Drive sustainability of quality systems through accountability, training, and leadership alignment Support Root Cause Analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement integration Work directly with clients to embed quality into daily operations, not just compliance Build strong client relationships that lead to long-term partnerships and additional opportunities Support business development efforts through client engagement and proposal development Maintain accurate project and client activity records in CRM systems Key Qualifications Proven experience with ISO Quality Systems implementation (ISO 9001 required; others a plus) Demonstrated ability to build and sustain effective QMS, not just prepare for audits Experience conducting internal audits and supporting certification processes Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and quality principles Experience working directly with clients or cross‑functional teams Strong communication and facilitation skills Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable in a client‑facing environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience Location and Flexibility Must reside in or near Missouri Remote flexibility Approximately 30% travel throughout the state What We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits Opportunity to work with a variety of manufacturing clients A role focused on real implementation and sustainability, not just compliance The ability to make a measurable difference in Missouri's manufacturing sector #J-18808-Ljbffr
