Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Pay From: $38 per hour


MUST:
The Licensed Social Worker needs to have the following:
Licensed as a Social Worker in Maryland
2 years of case management experience
Experience providing support to older adults who have experienced trauma
Experienced working in crisis response healthcare environments
Managing admission and discharges
Reviewing and entering data
Assisting with training staff
Flexible to work on call as needed
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work

DUTIES:
The Duties of the Licensed Social Worker include but are not limited to the following:
Manage the shelter admission process
Evaluate eligibility for temp shelter placement
Coordinate care
Handle case management
Maintain and review client information
Oversee the helpline
Provide resources
Handle discharge planning
Participate in care plan meetings
Provide support with medical, legal, and social support appointments
Support clients with access to care
Provide training and guidance to staff with neglect and abuse
Maintain and update dat
