Job Description
Job Title: Physical Therapist

Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Experience: 1 year of previous experience required, at least 1 travel contract completed preferred
License: State license required
Certifications: BLS required

- Copy of required certifications preferred
- One supervisory reference required at the time of submission
- Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility


Description:
As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.
The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
Travelers will be required to work 1-2 of the 3 summer holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
Epic experience is preferred.
Candidates must not have been an employee in the last 12 months.
