Schedule: Flexible 8-hour or 10-hour shifts

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced clinicians and new graduates who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to help patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Active California Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Outpatient physical therapy experience is preferred but not required.
