The team offers a range of liquidity opportunities to both limited and general partners, including secondaries, GP Stakes and co-investments across private markets. Founded in 2000, they are one of the world’s largest and most established secondaries platforms spanning private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and more recently, an exciting launch into credit. The team is looking to hire a Vice President for their New York office to focus on the credit secondaries strategy. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a well-rounded perspective on business and investing while joining one of the most active and long-tenured investment teams in the secondaries industry. The hire will be involved in extensive valuation analysis and financial modeling of credit portfolios and underlying issuers, as well as funds across all private credit asset classes. The Vice President will gain valuable experience by working on secondary LP portfolio transactions, GP-led continuation funds and other structured deals. Additional responsibilities include preparing Investment Committee memos, structuring and executing investments, and conducting research projects. The role offers a compelling opportunity to help build and develop the growing credit vertical within Strategic Partners, providing meaningful exposure to the evolution of the platform and broader business-building initiatives. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in private credit secondaries, leveraged finance, private capital advisory, or direct private credit, and is a highly motivated, team-oriented professional with strong financial modeling skills and sound judgment. Expected annual base salary range: $185,000 - $225,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables. Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
