Those experiences shaped how I lead today and gave me a real appreciation for what it means to relocate and start fresh. Because of that, my team is especially passionate about helping people feel supported during times of transition. Our office is based in Fairfax County, and we serve individuals and families throughout the Northern Virginia / DMV area. We’ve built a reputation for being a reliable, approachable resource in the community, and we take pride in creating a positive experience for everyone we work with. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm Claim Representative, which gave me a unique perspective that I still carry into leadership today. I believe in helping people understand situations clearly, staying proactive, and approaching challenges with empathy and professionalism. The environment in our office is collaborative and supportive. I’m big on open communication, mutual respect, and helping each team member grow in their role. Outside of the office, my family is incredibly important to me. My husband now works with the Department of Energy here in the DC area, and I’m proud of my two daughters‐one currently in medical school after graduating from George Mason University, and the other enjoying high school and spending time horseback riding. I’m also actively involved in the community through the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce, NFIB, and as a lifetime member and Five‑Star Society Supporter of Disabled American Veterans (DAV). You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. As an attentive, sociable, and sales‑minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
