Help patients regain mobility, confidence, and independence while working alongside a collaborative rehabilitation team. Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide individualized therapy services to adult and geriatric patients at NorthCrest Specialty Care in Waterloo, Iowa.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, safety, and functional independence
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve the best patient outcomes
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants in accordance with state licensure requirements
• Complete timely, accurate documentation that supports quality patient care and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in Iowa

Salary Range: $40-$55/hour
