Registered Nurse Unit Manager

Full-Time | Day Shift | $108,000–$118,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our nursing team as an Registered Nurse Unit Manager . This is a full-time day-shift opportunity for a clinical leader who enjoys supporting staff, maintaining high standards of care, and making sure daily unit operations run smoothly.

Shift: Monday to Friday, day shift

Position Overview

The RN Unit Manager is responsible for the day-to-day clinical and operational oversight of the nursing unit. This position works closely with nursing staff, residents, families, and facility leadership to promote safe, consistent, high-quality resident care.

In This Role, You Will:

• Lead, supervise, and support nursing staff while overseeing daily unit activities.

• Ensure facility and employee policies and procedures are followed consistently.

• Provide clinical direction, coaching, and mentorship to nurses and other members of the team.

• Maintain appropriate standards of nursing care with a focus on resident safety and quality outcomes.

• Review resident documentation and medical records to help ensure appropriate and effective care.

• Complete case reviews and monitor compliance with individualized resident care plans.

• Respond to resident and family questions, concerns, and needs with professionalism and compassion.

• Monitor inventory and ensure the unit has adequate medical and nursing supplies.

• Partner with upper management to communicate unit needs, resolve challenges, and improve operations.

• Help foster a positive, collaborative environment for both residents and staff.

What We're Looking For

• Current, valid RN license required

• 2+ years of long-term care experience preferred

• 1+ year of Unit Manager experience preferred

• Basic computer proficiency for clinical documentation and communication

• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively with residents, families, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary: $108,000–$118,000
