EXPERIENCED WAREHOUSE LEADERS WANTED! We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Warehouse Manager to lead operations within a fast-paced warehouse in Orangeburg, SC. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced 3PL warehouse professional with strong leadership, WMS, inventory control, and logistics experience who is looking for a long-term career opportunity!
Key Requirements:
- Previous warehouse management experience
- Recent third-party logistics (3PL) experience required
- Hands-on leadership experience directly managing warehouse floor operations and experienced teams
- Experience with working with a WMS- Preferably a scan-based receiving and picking WMS
- Strong knowledge of RFID technology, barcode systems, inventory scanning, cycle counts, and physical inventory
- Experience managing inbound/outbound logistics, shipping, receiving, and parcel/LTL/FTL operations
- Experience with carrier scheduling, routing requirements, and resolving shipping or refused freight issues
- Ability to design and improve warehouse racking, slotting, and put-away systems
- Strong computer skills, including intermediate Excel, WMS platforms, and reporting tools
- Experience hiring, training, and ramping up warehouse teams during peak periods
- Current forklift operator certification with the ability to train and certify new hires
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements and warehouse safety best practices
- Strong people-management and communication skills with a proven history of successful warehouse leadership
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous-improvement experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
Shifts:
- Monday-Friday
- 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
- Weekends off!
Compensation:
- Starting at $70,000 annually
- 6%-8% annual bonus based on company profitability
- Company-provided health insurance
Duration:
