RN or LPN Every Other Weekend Package We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated nursing team at Allure of Stockton. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will participate in the delivery of patient care in accordance with facility clinical systems, regulatory requirements, and physician orders. This role includes overseeing Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure the highest quality of care is provided in a supportive, resident-focused setting. Pay Range: $32 - $40 per hour Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 Shift Information: Night Shift, 12-hour shifts every other weekend, with open hours from 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM Position Details Location: Stockton, Illinois Pay Range: $32 - $40 per hour Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 Shift Information: Night Shift, 12-hour shifts every other weekend, with open hours from 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM Responsibilities Provide and oversee care to ensure resident health, safety, and well-being Direct, support, and mentor CNAs on your team Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans Identify and communicate changes in resident condition to physicians, NPs, staff, and families Administer medications, treatments, and direct care as ordered Coordinate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges Ensure smooth shift transitions through effective communication Document care accurately in PointClickCare (EHR) Qualifications Current and unrestricted Illinois RN or LPN license CPR certification preferred (not required) Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills Skilled nursing facility experience preferred Why Join Allure of Stockton?
