Registered Nurse (RN) – West Chester,PA

Local Pay: $69.92/hour - W2

Travel Package:

Travel Rate (based on 36 hours): Hrly $37.29 Stipend (Lodging $826.00 + M&I $560.00) = $1,386.00

Total Comp :$2,728.44

Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50+ miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Shift Details:

• Three12-hour shifts/week

• 36hrs/week

Nursing Specialty: Neonatal ICU

Registered Nurse (RN) Duties & Responsibilities:

• Level 3 care, CPAP, Vents, UVC lines,

• Support in LD at deliveries when needed,

• Provides strong developmental care

• Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

• Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.

• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.

• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.

• Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current RN license in State of PA

• Active BLS, ACLS,

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

• Minimum of two (2) years related work experience of Level 3 care

• Additional certifications may be required

• Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
