Job description Overview
Inception Medical Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role involves transporting medical devices and surgical instrumentation trays efficiently and safely to various healthcare facilities across Southern California. It also includes warehouse inventory maintenance, organization and general upkeep.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, experience in delivery driving, and the ability to handle heavy items. Experience with medical equipment is a plus, however specialized training will be necessary and provided.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate the company provided delivery van to transport medical items to and from our office/warehouse to facilities as well as between facilities.
- Ensure timely delivery according to scheduled routes and maintain accurate delivery logs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with customers and healthcare staff.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of materials when applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of delivery vehicles.
- Assist with inventory management during pickups and deliveries.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience in courier services, warehouse operations, or delivery driving preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with professional communication abilities.
- Ability to lift heavy loads repeatedly and perform physical tasks such as moving supplies or equipment.
- Familiarity with route driving and navigation tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Ability to pass background checks and adhere to safety regulations.
This role is vital for ensuring the smooth operation of healthcare logistics, requiring a responsible individual committed to accuracy and safety.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Work Location: On the road, warehouse located in Irvine, CA near Santa Ana Airport
