Service Technician

Powering reliability, strengthening infrastructure, delivering quality on-site. Do you enjoy hands-on work, being out in the field, and ensuring technical systems run smoothly? This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a practical environment and takes pride in keeping essential systems operational. You’ll work with medium- and low-voltage installations, as well as instrumentation, control, and power converter technologies that support secure energy supply and automation systems. As part of a dedicated team, you’ll be directly involved in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing critical infrastructure for customers. Key Responsibilities Service and maintenance support: Work on systems within power electronics and automation technology, ensuring reliable operation. Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues on-site and remotely to minimise downtime. Plan and carry out service operations: Organise and execute maintenance and repair work while coordinating closely with customers. Installation and commissioning support: Assist with the assembly and startup of power converters, including associated cooling systems. Review and maintain technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Your Profile Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or a related field (career changers with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply) Initial experience in service, maintenance, or electrical installation is beneficial Fluent German language skills (spoken and written) Independent, detail-oriented working style with a willingness to learn and adapt Valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel within Germany ( Be willing to travel over 50%).
