Are you motivated, people-focused, and ready to develop your leadership skills ? We're hiring an Entry-Level Assistant Manager Trainee to join our growing team.
This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, and individuals with customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or team leadership experience who want to build a career in management.
No management experience is required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and hands-on leadership development with opportunities for advancement based on performance.
What You'll Do
Learn daily business operations through hands-on training
Support team leadership, customer service, and promotional campaigns
Assist with events, marketing initiatives, and client programs
Help coach and motivate team members
Support performance goals and customer satisfaction
Resolve customer questions professionally
Track campaign and event results
Participate in leadership and professional development training
Work with management to improve team and business performance
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership potential and willingness to learn
Positive, professional, customer-focused attitude
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Reliable, adaptable, and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Experience is helpful but not required. We welcome candidates from customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, sales, event marketing, team leadership, athletics, military, campus organizations, and recent college graduates.
