About the Role

The Company is seeking a President and CEO to lead its multi-market precision manufacturing business, which has a strong presence in the aerospace and defense sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for the total ownership and commitment to corporate safety, financial performance, and customer relationships across multiple campuses. This role requires active championing of a culture of kaizen and lean manufacturing, as well as the control of enterprise resources and production strategies to ensure the efficient and effective utilization of materials, equipment, and labor. The President and CEO will also be tasked with perpetuating and enhancing an environment that promotes employee development and ensuring succession from within. Applicants for the President and CEO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, with an MBA preferred, and a background in manufacturing with a focus on metal fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly. Experience in leading aerospace and defense contract manufacturing is essential, as is a strong track record in the development of people and building bench strength. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in a senior leadership role, with a preference for those who have had total ownership of profit/loss and sales results. The role also requires excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, as well as the ability to drive change through influence and collaboration in a team environment.
