Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability. Implement best practices for software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on users. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, and integrate them into development practices as appropriate.
