In this role, you'll help job seekers find meaningful employment while partnering with local businesses to build strong teams.

Every day brings something different. From recruiting and interviewing candidates to coaching employees and celebrating successful placements, you'll play a key role in changing lives and supporting the local community.

What You'll Do:

• Source and recruit candidates using online job boards, social media, referrals, and networking opportunities.
• Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews, screenings, and background checks to assess skills, experience, goals, and career interests.
• Match candidates with opportunities that fit their abilities and aspirations.
• Attend job fairs, community events, and networking functions to build relationships and attract talent.
• Prepare candidate resumes and profiles for client consideration.
• Coordinate interviews and gather feedback from candidates and employers.
• Extend employment offers and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
• Provide coaching and support to employees to help them succeed on assignment, improve performance, and overcome workplace challenges.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous recruiting, interviewing, hiring, or staffing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• A genuine desire to help people achieve their employment goals.
• Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative recordkeeping.
• Willingness to travel periodically to our Groveport office.
